A school with a purpose
We're a small school in Bira. New people turn up most weeks, and we learn from them as much as they learn from us.
Come curious and ready to listen. With decent weather and an open mind, a week here usually goes faster than you expect.
Why Freediving
One breath, no tank. It is quiet down there. Beginners are welcome and every dive is supervised. We care about confidence, not chasing depth records.
Yoga & Breathwork
Sessions on land that carry into the water: lung flexibility, CO₂ tolerance, learning to stay calm under pressure. Useful whether you are diving or not.
Coral Restoration
Courses and fun dives link to active restoration in Bira. Coral basics, nursery work, and dives over gardens we have rebuilt. Leave the reef better than you found it.
